Breakfast- I went to Panera with my little brother. I went for a Breakfast Power Sandwich and a coffee. I like protein in the morning and I’m not crazy about pastries.
Lunch- In a rush before work. 1/4c raw cashews, 2 slices low carb low calorie bread and a serving of PB2, this powdered peanut butter where you add a tablespoon of water to each serving and you stir it with the ground peanuts to make a 2-tablespoon 45 calorie serving of PB. I’m addicted.
Dinner- 4oz sweet potato cut and baked into clean oil-free fries, 4 oz raw calamari cooked, 1/2 bunch asparagus.
Snacks- FiberOne protein snack bar, carrots, apple, Yoplait nonfat Greek yogurt, Arctic Zero pint (only 150 calories a pint!!)
